My smart charger has gone offline and I cannot connect to the unit?
1. Start by resetting the charger. To do this you simply…
Switch off electrical power to the charger for around 10 -15 seconds.
Switch the power to the charger back on.
Wait for the charger to reboot. It should come back online within a few minutes.
2. Still experiencing issues?
