I Want My Connect Account and Data Deleting
If you wish to delete your Rolec Connect account and all associated data, follow the steps below:
Open the Rolec Connect app.
Navigate to the More tab at the bottom of the screen.
Press "Close My Account"
Confirm by pressing "Yes, Close My Account."
Once you confirm, your account deletion request will confirmed to you by email and be permanently deleted. This means:
You will no longer be able to use your account.
All personal data associated with your account will be erased.
Any chargers linked to your account will be forgotten.
Any shared accounts will lose control of the associated charge points.
Alternatively, you can request the deletion of your account by emailing technicalsupport@rolecserv.co.uk. Make sure to specify that you would like your account and all associated data to be deleted.
Please note: This process is irreversible, and once completed, your account and data cannot be recovered.
